Create packaging from concepting to final production. This includes creating and modifying dielines, art directing industrial designers to create realistic rendering, photoshopping to production level, and artwork layout. Also, vector art instruction manuals are created. Communicate with overseas printer to determine paper weight, approve proofs, and trouble shoot if needed.
An expansion off of Koji frozen treats was create, the Koji Electric Line. For the new divisions of products the package morphed into a more modern treatment of frozen dessert makers. Each packaging was created to fit specifically into Target's retail space with subdue colors.
Evolved Zoku’s current brand standards for new product category by conceptualizing
hang tag packaging to show off the bottle’s silhouette and to not interfere with consumers’ first interaction with the product. Created vector instruction manual.
Created packaging for European market in seven languages. Polled European retailers and majority requested containing packaging, so created alternative packaging to still show off product's silhouette.
Myself and design team updated current brand standards for Coca-Cola® packaging. I designed a new edition for annual Starbucks® packaging. Tasks included creating original pattern, photoshopping renderings, vectorizing side illustrations, setting up the production file for printing, and communicated with overseas printer. Communicated and sent approval requests to Starbucks®.
Developed a tier of the existing brand packaging to speak to the adult consumer by using darker slate blue color. Custom packaging was created so consumer can interact with silicone word ice tray.
